i began writing poetry when i was 16 and i remember that the experience was a great release for things i could not talk about

i first discovered the room by being invited by a god (lol,nathan hill told me about it) and thinks it is a fun place to visit
They feel that the LNP Poets are … almost as chaotic as i am
They have performed as a spoken word poet in: i have done poetry reading in coffee shops in OKC but that was ages ago.
The most valuable experience re their time in LNP: the poets i have met especially miss Raven BlackRose. she has become a dear friend

Education: i have a BA in photographic arts which i have never used professionally
Few People know that you are interested in: art and photography. i love alternative photo processes like cyanotypes and gumbichromates. they are a dying or dead art form that i will revive as soon as i win the lottery or marilyn manson comes through for me.

Top 5 interests / hobbies outside of poetry…
1) my family, i have two children, a daughter who’s 4 and a son who’s 15 months
2) music, i am never without it. i have a never ending soundtrack
to my life that plays in my head.
3) art and photography
4) old sci fi t.v. shows especially the x files and star trek
5) thrift store shopping
Favorite Sports/Teams: i love hockey but only if i am at the game so i have not seen it in years.
Favorite Music/Band : i love music ! but my heart belongs to green day
Favorite Movie: roman holiday (the original with audrey hepburn and gregory peck)
Favorite Poem:
“i could no sooner choose a favorite star in the heavens.”
that is a line from Ever After: A Cinderella Story but it suits this.
